Payment Frequency  

    • Option 1:  Single Payment
    • Option 2:  Two Installment Payments
      • Orders less than $100 can be split into 2 installments
      • On checkout page, select the option "Payment by check/money order | Payment by installment"
      • Pay your first installment
      • We will send you a "Payment by Installment" form to fill out and return to us
      • We will ship your order
      • Pay the second installment within 30 calendar days

      • Orders greater than $100 can be split into 3 installments
      • On checkout page, select the option "Payment by check/money order | Payment by installment"
      • Pay your first installment
      • We will send you a "Payment by Installment" form to fill out and return to us
      • We will ship your order
      • Pay the second installment within 30 calendar days
      • Pay the third installment within 60 calendar days
